Shipping Policy

BaseEssentials ships to the United States and Canada from our network of international fulfillment centers.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times Most orders arrive within 5–15 business days after processing, depending on your location and the products ordered. Some items may arrive sooner. During peak periods or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guarantees. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our direct control.

Shipping Rates

• Orders of $59 or more: Free standard shipping
• Orders under $59: Flat rate $4.99

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Customs & Duties Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to customs fees. For Canadian orders, any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
