We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at base.essentialss@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Dissatisfaction with Product If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We evaluate these requests on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a fair resolution. This may include a partial refund, store credit, or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept physical returns of opened products. Refunds and resolutions are handled without requiring you to ship the product back.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
